🪴 Collaborative items are not eligible for discount codes and store freebies.

🪴 If you have an existing order that you have not yet received a tracking email for, and you would like to add to your order, feel free to contact us to combine orders and skip paying twice for shipping!

🪴 If you are ordering collab items along with non-collab items, you may notice two separate shipping charges at checkout, as they may be in different shipping tiers due to significant weight differences. I cannot combine them due to Big Cartel's restrictions. However, rest assured that any excess shipping fees will be manually refunded to you during the time of shipment!

🪴 This shop is based in California, USA. 

🪴 Major project updates will be sent through email. Minor updates will be made on Twitter.

🪴 The customer will be responsible for handling customs fees, VAT fees, or any other additional fees, as we have no control over them.

🪴 We ship to any country that USPS can reach; click "view the suspensions" to see which countries are limited. All shipments are eligible for tracking. USA and Canada orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS. International orders will either be shipped via Asendia, USPS, or UPS. Due to changes caused by COVID-19 and USPS, estimated shipping times are now less reliable and shipments may be delayed.

🪴 All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges can be made, with the exception of incorrect, damaged, or lost mail, after it has left our hands. We can only return compensation for damaged, missing, or lost packages if insurance was selected and purchased at checkout. If the package is returned for any reason such as an incorrectly entered address, it can be resent it for the same shipping cost.

Incorrect order: Please contact us via email at [email protected] with images of all the items you received attached. We will either: give you a replacement or a partial/full refund depending on the situation as well as whether we have any in stock. Your order is subject to inspection.

Damaged order: (Insurance purchases only): Please contact us via email with images of the damaged item(s), the outer packaging with the shipping label, and the inner packaging with all of the packaging materials. We will either: give you a replacement, a partial/full refund, or file a claim with Asendia/USPS depending on the situation as well as whether we have any extras. Your order is subject to inspection.

Missing/lost order: (Insurance purchases only) Please contact us via email, given 20 days for USA shipments and 40 days for all other shipments. We cannot file missing/lost claims until those periods have passed. Please also do not wait too long to notify us—as soon as possible is best. After a claim has been filed, we will either: give you a replacement or a partial/full refund depending on the situation as well as whether we have any extras. Your order is subject to inspection.
